Pricing FAQ
What counts as a move?
Each time you file an email into a suggested folder. Browsing suggestions is always free and unlimited — you only spend a move when you actually file. If you undo a move, it’s refunded.
Can I use it without paying?
Yes. The free plan gives you 5 filed emails per day, forever, with every AI feature included. Pro simply removes the daily limit.
How does the free trial work?
Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then you return to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Is my email data safe?
Yes. The AI runs entirely on your device — your email content never leaves Outlook. Payment is handled by Polar; we only store your subscription status linked to your Microsoft account. See the privacy policy.
Can my company buy for the whole team?
